How To Be Really Happy!

WE ARE A SINGLE UNITY

“Quantum physics thus reveals a basic oneness of the universe.”  -  ErwinErwin Schrodinger Schrodinger – Nobel Prize winning Austrian Physicist

If we turn and go within ourselves and journey to the very center of our being, we will discover that there is only one center – one core – one Heart.  Arising from this singular Heart, all of the manifest universe comes to be and is continuously informed and enlivened by this singular Heart.  Each person, each creature, each plant shares this common source; a single Heart; the I Am that I Am.  In yogic teachings, this central Heart or Hridaya, is regarded as the place of the soul.  In Sanskrit, Hridaya means the center.

Bell’s Theorem in Quantum Physics demonstrates that objects do not have any “local existence.”  We define “object” as anything in the material universe including our own bodies.  Our senses tell us that the chairs positioned around a table are distinctly separate from the table and also from one another.  To put it another way, it looks like the chairs and table each exhibit their own “local existence” and that they are absolutely separate from each other.  Bell’s Theorem, which has been tested and proven in the laboratory, shows us that this is only an appearance and not fact.  The truth is, all “objects” are connected to all other objects and that includes our own flesh and blood bodies!

Whenever we feel love for the Divine, Nature or other people, our love flows to them and has a positive effect.  To be sure, every ember of love we feel has a positive effect on the entire universe.  This is so because there is nothing in existence that is not connected to every other thing in existence.

God is in all things"The eyes of my soul were opened, and I beheld the plenitude of God, wherein I did comprehend the whole world, both here and beyond the sea, and the abyss and ocean and all things. In all these things, I beheld naught save the divine power, in a manner assuredly indescribable, so that through excess of marveling the soul cried with a loud voice, saying, “This whole world is full of God!”    St. Angela de Foligno (c. 1248 – 1309)

“Everything is God.  There is nothing but God.”  - Amma

If you, esteemed reader, were to look within into your heart and peer down inside, you would see the Great Centrl Sun which is love, bliss, light and intelligence.  If this author were to also do this, we would each be seeing the same heart – the same center from which we and all else emanates.  We are all like spokes radiating out from a globe which is the Divine Cosmic Being.  Each human being, plant and creature and also all atoms are continuously sustained by this.

“If quantum physics hasn’t profoundly shocked you, you haven’t understood it yet”Niels Bohr   - Neils Bohr, Nobel Prize winning physicist

If we were having a face on conversation with one another, at the quantum level we would not be able to find a point where one body ends and another begins.  In just the same way, we find no specific point between the manifestation of the colors of a rainbow – where one color begins and another ends.  As another analogy, our bodies are like the waves on the ocean and we cannot point to a specific line where one wave ends and another wave begins.

“Love connects every being in creation.”  -  Amma

Let us consider the mysterious occurrence of quantum entanglement.  This continues to reveal our singular unity.  If we split a photon into two and one is taken a long distance away, the pair of photons will continue to act like they are a single photon.  If one of the photons is caused to change then the twin will also morph in the same way and at the exact same time.  They remain connected and in constant communication.  This communication is beyond the speed of light occurring instantaneously.

In light of the fact that we are provably woven together in a seamless tapestry, what does this mean with regards to the ego which is the sense of being a separate “I?”  It becomes clear, at least in theory, that there is no such thing as an ego or a separate “I.”  There is not a place that we can draw a line and say, “I am on this side of the line and everyone else is on the other side of the line.”

If we can grasp an understanding of our true inherent nature, that we are, in fact, the ocean and not a wave, an “I” or an individual body/mind, then we can begin to let go of the “I.”  This will not be the end of our existence.  This is the astonishing message quantum physics and all of the great spiritual teachers have given us.Nassim Haramein

“The ultimate cause of all emotional wounds is our separation from the Supreme, from our true nature.” - Amma

Ultimately, we are all one being.

"Everything emerges from and returns to a fundamental field of information that connects us all."   - Nassim Haramein, Physicist
